This person should be able to optimise and position advertising coming from the affiliation networks (i.e. Google Ad Sense, Yahoo Search Engine Marketing, display advertising) on our network of websites. Moreover he/she should be able to monitor, analyse and report the campaigns’ results, including ROI analysis and revenues.
The position involves the affiliation networks’ management and inter-functional relationships with Product Marketing Dept. and Product Development Dept.
- Set the overall direction and strategy for SEO.
- Prepare and deliver proposals to win SEO.
- Analyze opportunity for growing traffic on major engines, continually monitor new trends and evaluate risk/reward for implementation.
- Work with development teams to improve site architecture for SEO, recommend content development strategies.
- Present recommendations and design changes to advance SEO goals and objectives.
- Optimize web pages including copy, metadata, titles, descriptions, alt tags, and streamlining code for SEO.
- Perform competitive analysis to determine benchmarks for SEO initiatives.
- Oversee a team of search professionals to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
